I want to apologize for not having posted recently but I’m still unable to connect very often and I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about what I’m going to do this year since I did not passa the college entrance exam. Yep. That’s awful but I think it would be worse if I had passed because I don’t believe would be able to afford me going to college out of town. Not that the situation is too bad but my father said that by May he’ll move out and he can’t afford two households, you know? But it’s OK. I mean, it could be worse, at least I think so.
Now I’m kind of working in my father’s office but I want to get another job, a real one. Did I mention that I started writing a screenplay? I’m still in the 42nd page but I think I’m doing pretty fine for a first one. I started reading a history book so I can do better in the next exam but there’s nothing I didn’t know already in the book, as I thought. I’m also reading Schindler’s List, in english, it’s a nice book, sad but nice. Since my father said he wouldn’t pay for any course for me, including any foreing language I MUST get a job even though it’s tough for someone my age with no experience but I’ll keep trying. =D
Carnaval was just last week, I didn’t do much I only went kind of partying on Ash Wednesday with some friends but I came back really early. I don’t like Carnaval that much, at least not yet maybe things will change when I have my own money and besides it rained all Carnaval long.
I found someone who I can pratice my English, it’s a new acquirement in my best friends list. He works at the International Airport here and he has spent some time in Great Britain, sometimes he gets the British accent, it’s so awesome! But I rarely see him since his job takes most of his time, but I’m glad I found him, we teach each other some lingo we learnt along the way and besides I learnt how to get to the airport by bus from my house. =D
I’ve been missing you. Really. On Valentine’s day I remembered a lunch Mrs. Lemons, Mrs. Smith, Ron and I had at Mrs. Lemons class. I remembered the Mickey chocolate I got from Ron, remeber that Mom? I’ve been missing the cold nights, the rides with Laura and Jessica and the times they took me out. I often think about the Thursdays dinners at the Vinsons when we had to get something to eat and take to Mom at her job we usually got it from Bojangle´s (is it speelled right?). It was so nice. But then I harshly reminded that lots of things have changed since them, including me. I wish I can see you some day in a near future. Truly.
